Useful informations about Exstasis
From 15th June 2022 the face mask is recommended, but it is not mandatory.
> WHERE CAN I BUY MY TICKETS?
You can buy your tickets online via this website through the official Coop Culture ticket office.
You can also buy tickets on site both at the ticket office in Piazza Bellini 1, on thursday, friday, saturday and sunday from 7 p.m.
Or at the Coop Culture sales point in their opening hours to the public:

> HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN ATTEND THE SHOW AT THE SAME TIME?
The full ticket costs 8.00 €.
It costs 5.00 € for kids between 6 and 18 years old, students from University and disabled people (in this case the ticket is free for the accompanying person).
The family ticket costs 22 € and is valid for two kids between 6 and 16 y/o accompanied by two adults.
The ticket is free for children up to 5 years old.
The transaction costs of the electronic payment and the presale costs in case of online purchase, may be added to the cost of the ticket.
> SHOULD I BUY MY TICKET IN ADVANCE?
Due to the limitations imposed by the anti-covid legislation, the access to the show will be possible only in small groups.
Buying the ticket online in advance allows you to secure your place in the show.
> CAN I GIVE MY TICKET TO SOMEONE OR HAVE IT REFOUNDED?
No, the ticket is not transferable. Just in case of cancellation of the event, the ticket will be postponed to another date or refunded.
> CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF MY TICKET?
No, after purchasing the ticket, it’s not possible to change its date.
> WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE OF THE SHOWS?
The shows will be held from 29 April to 16 October from Thursday to Sunday.
You will enter in turns every 30 minutes.
Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8.00 pm to 10.30 pm (last admission time).
You must be at the ticket office 15 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket.
We will be closed from 11 to 14 August. The shows will resume on August 18th.
> HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN ATTEND THE SHOW AT THE SAME TIME?
Due to the anti-covid legislation we have restricted access to 120 people per show.
> HOW LONG DOES THE SHOW LAST?
The duration of the show is 15/20 minutes
> CAN I MAKE PHOTOS AND / OR VIDEOS OF THE SHOW? CAN I POST THESE CONTENTS ONLINE?
Yes, but no flash allowed.
You can post your contents online as long as they do not reproduce the entire show. Live streaming are not allowed either. Publishing these contents without our express authorization, will be considered as a violation of intellectual property rights.
